This series of volumes intend to educate the reader on the morbid, pervasive corruption inherent in the judicial system of the State of New Jersey, which should aid the reader in assessing his/her options before, during, and after conflicts. Even though lawyers are well-aware of the dysfunctional legal system, lawyers thrive in reality, without daring or attempting to rectify a milking cow, in their views. From the prospective of the governed citizens, the state corruption machine inflicts heavy tolls on all aspects of people’s lives. In the case of the author, a reckless immigration court opinion led to his deportation, eviscerated his family, led to divorce, bankruptcy, and uncertain future of four American children adopted by the author. Further, after 10 years of struggle to get the greencard, through a change of law enacted by George W. Bush I, which enables scientists and people with high academic achievements to gain residency without the need for job-offer or family connection, the author squandered the remaining years after getting the citizenship to rectify the injustice incurred after 10 years of homelessness and unemployment. Ironically, the government relieved some of the bankruptcy burden, put up with four children lost to chaotic divorce. From the immigration courts to the civil courts, things were not much different. A government structured on crushing the unconnected, helping its insiders to get connected, until the public anger exceeds the threshold of tolerance to government failure. Even with public vigilance, state officials could inflict severe insults on generations of people while being tested for good behavior. In this book, the author approached his intended goal by gathering and analyzing vast documents on the utility of the NJ SBE and the malicious manipulation of an administrative law judge to demonstrate the concerted planning of a corruption machine of governors, state officials, judges, and school administrators preying on the state treasure to enrich themselves. IN SUM, the reader will be left with the stark fact that the quasi-judicial Office of Administrative Law (OAL) of the State of New Jersey is a crucial component of the state corruption machine. Administrative judges squander state resources in trials that end up with the judge doctoring her opinions, evidence, claim to have better feel of the witnesses, corporations and government employers win, individual petitioners are crushed, judges walk out with great benefits and connections to life-long prospering careers at the expense of the public. (see Chapter 4) As a prototype case will be used to demonstrate the malicious conduct of the ALJ, the reckless endorsement of the Commissioner of the ALJ’s decision, followed by the unprecedented removal of the NJ SBE from appeal by Corzine. All that would have gone unnoticed had not the defendant Robert J. Aloia resisted his unscrupulous mood by sneaking Patricia Cosgrove out of office without informing the ALJ, followed by the public increased awareness about Aloia’s embezzlement. As the State of New Jersey was doing its business as usual in greasing the machine of corruption, by removing the NJ SBE from appeal and selecting ALJ’s who could stifle civil rights, advance capitalist democrats or republicans, Robert J. Aloia attracted greater attention by his insatiable greed, from paying himself high bills without the authorization of the county board of education. Thus, the decision of ALJ Margaret M. Monaco in the above case reflects the conspiracy of state officials from one political party that lends hand to their cronies in committing gross fraud under the color of law.
